If you want to list your house on Occupi we are considering submissions now as we develop the site to full functionality.

All submissions must have a current Scottish Home Report, and must include a postcode, a brief description and a statement of the valuation of the property.

We encourage reciprocal links to property details on social networking sites like Facebook and Bebo, picture sharing sites like Flickr and video on YouTube and elsewhere.

If you want to use these types of resources you should set up accounts just for the sales material which can be closed when the property comes off of the market. If we think that your property is suitable for listing at this stage we’ll add it to the site and send you a file to print out a window sign for your property.
